Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package size, weight, and the selected shipping method.

Any applicable taxes, duties, or additional courier charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Metro Manila: 2–5 business days
• Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 3–7 business days
• Visayas: 4–10 business days
• Mindanao: 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided through email, SMS, or your preferred contact method, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Takoma Sports is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the package.

While we will assist in coordinating with the courier, Takoma Sports is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to customer-related issues may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

We currently ship throughout the Philippines. Availability of delivery services may vary depending on the courier's coverage area.
