Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or inventory issues.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier services, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Takoma Sports is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days from the date the customer receives the order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. No restocking fees will be charged for eligible returns.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Products designated as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, product images, graphics, text, designs, and other materials, is the property of Takoma Sports and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
